ASP.NET Website using VB.NET & MySQL

I am starting a new Business named: Husky Automation I need someone to create a simple ASP.NET website using VB.NET and MySQL. My business consists of 2 services (Automation programming and Data Backup), but I'm really just concentrating on the Data Backup Service and will only need the announcements to advertise for the Automation Programming. I am looking for someone who has graphical abilities. I want to have a special graphic designed that sits at the top of the Home Page. This graphical picture will be a team of Siberian Husky's pulling a sled. In the sled there is going to be 2 Servers. Website Screens: *I want users to be able to register and then save their information. * Homepage with announcements * Contact Us with quick email form. ** The main part of the website will be the shopping cart area where a user can sign-up for backup services. I want to have 4 levels of service available for customers: Level 1 - Lite Backup 50 MB Level 2 - Medium Backup 1GB Level 3 - Heavy Backup 10GB Level 4 - Business Solutions 10GB + I imagine a screen with a picture of a Server next to each level of service. (Service information can be edited from Admin Screen.) After a customer decides to purchase a service, he will then be taken to Paypal to pay for the service he/she has chosen. I'm planning on billing every six months, so for now I just need this setup using Paypal. Administration Screen: * add announcements * mass email to my users at any time. * edit any of my registered users information * edit backup service plans I think this covers everything there might be one or two small details that I've left out. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
