Accounting Program with scources code (VB/VB.NET/ASP/ASP.NET)

My company requests Accounting System Modules, which code by VB/VB.NET or ASP/ASP.NET (bidder should deploy me not only executable program but also all program coding and database programming, design, triggers ...etc). Features must include basing accounting features such as: General Ledger, Chart of Account, Trail Balance, Account Receivable, Sales Invoice, Credit Note, Account Payable, Purchase Invoice, Debit Note, Post and Un-post Voucher …etc. ONLY Bidder who already have completed product will be consider. So please unload any screen capture (Must have), documentations, user Manuel, features lists to me for consideration. More, My Company has the whole rights to use the codes, no matter integrate with any products of my company, internal use or re-selling. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights of the all scources code. ## Platform Window98, Window2000, WindowXP
