Accounting app. enhancements

Hi, This project is to be started ASAP and finished by wednesday Auguts 28, morning. Status is VERY URGENT! I have a small accounting application written in asp for a money transfer company. I need some enhancements to be made to it immediately. The application is linked to an ms access db and runs locally on IIS. The work required is very straight forward: - Create a Password System with 2 levels: [login to view URL] or operator (only logs in to the application) 2. admin that assigns user login and password - Amend / create User Info table so that: 1. Add/delete/modify sender information as well as receiver info 2. add requirement for admin password to Add/Delete after 9pm. - Very Minor amendments to existing Reports. (mostly display, no real actual coding) - Add (this is mostly an amendment) state required verification checks at 3-4 levels (for ex: at $850, bring up a red flag because NJ law requires ID to be verified before the transaction proceeds. etc...). These flags already exist, but we need a few more. I will provide more detail as soon as we agree on quote. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows 98+.
