Bid Site

We want to develop a website just like [login to view URL] but without the payment part. The summary is like this every user must be registered to post or browse through projects. 1) a user register himself with desired username and password 2) then he can continue to post a project with specifying the details of the project 3) another users can browse through the projects. And only registered users can post bids for any project. 4) The owner of the project can then login whenever he wants to view the bids posted for his projects. 5) The user can view all the bids / projects posted by him 6) The project owner will get a table of all the projects posted by him and all the bids for that specific project. 7) A developer can view the bids posted by him for any particular projects. 8) A user can send a message to any other registered user. We have The database structure is ready. We will use MS SQL Server. The required data validation will be there.
