CatholicDaters.com Version 3(repost)

I run a website called CatholicDaters.com. It is an online dating site for Catholics. It is up and running and has many members. I need a coder with ASP 3 classic/Javascript/SQL 2000 abilities. I have had two different programmers create two different versions of the site and I want to launch the third version on April 1 for sure. I have created a very detailed requirements document that has over 40 new bug fixes, enhancements to the code and new features. Even though there are 40 items - some of them are very easy and quick fixes so don't let that number not have you interested in working on this project. I also need a programmer who has their own development server and can download my database and all code for the entire site from my Inteland server and post it to their own server to do all the work. Once everything is complete and tested - then we will transfer everything to my server - this is a requirement as NO WORK can be placed on my server because it is a live server with real members and I cannot have untested work on there until its verified. I am a web designer who does a lot of graphic design with Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash etc so I understand the web but I am not a programmer - but you can talk to me in technical terms as you code this site and I can steer you. Also - I am redesigning the front end and will send you all the gif, jpegs, swf etc for just the front page layout. If you work with me and do everything in my requirements doc accurately and on time - I can pretty much guarantee that there will be more work for you on a regular basis as I am always tweaking the site - and I am also looking to launch another site in ASP.net from scratch this summer and will need a programmer for that as well. I would also prefer to work with someone who can show me examples of their work and is somewhat accessable through Instant Messenger or at least a phone number at the worst case scenerio. Once the bid is complete - I will give you FTP access to my server immediately.
