This project involves work with Flash / ASP / PHP / MYSQL - The site consists of dynamic flash pages, where data is pulled and added to MYSQL db. Some of the Flash work we can do or has already been done (ie fields and layout), and only really needs db connection and functionality. Presently the Flash pages that have been done are loaded into layers on the site, you will be provided with relevant flash files. Some of the MYSQL db work can be/has been done by us. The ideal: To Make the whole site dynamic in a choice of languages using MYSQL/ ‘Language Packs’– English, Dutch, German, French. Current is't static an in English. Please also provide separate quote for this if you have to. This site should be self-running from registration to renewal and further. The system is a little more involved, but briefly, we want the following: 1. A registration page (flash layout done) 2. Validation to Success page 3. Payment Page linked to Paypal, CCBill or similar payment processor. The system should update the membership of that person in the database. The system should also email the member with login details and when renewal is next due (renewal payment is preferably automated), ie. 2 weeks before due date + 2 weeks after and tell those that have not paid other info from database. All members that do not pay should have their service automatically suspended. When silver or gold members try to log in they should be send to the payment page first. 4. Log In page and ‘Forgot Login’ so users can retrieve lost passwords. 5. Search Page (quick and advanced) (flash layout done) 6. Search Detail Page (flash layout done) 7. Member Admin Area – possibly ‘tabbed ’ (flash to be done or you do) this is where the member will manage their account. 8. Mail Box (in flash) 9. A Site Admin will also be required - And should allow the usual settings and freeze or reject members if necessary. Website admin should be able to have the ability to restrict certain functions of the site to members. Additional: 10. Banner ad management 11. Chat with webcam and maybe VOIP. 12. Affiliate scheme - where people would be paid a fee if they introduce a paid member. Plus various other small tweeks. This first job may lead to other a long term job collaboration. It is expected that this particular site will change over time too, so further work on this site will be needed later. Full details of this project will be supplied.
