I already have a site built... [login to view URL] I am looking to have a content management system installed so the admin can log in and update all the text through out the site. I also want an area where customers can log in, and post in sections like "events & fairs" and "seminars & lectures" where they can post up their event, seminar, fair, etc., and it will list in real time. And I also want customers to be able to post in the "social clubs" section, which will be linked to a map of countries, and they can list their club, in the rightful state, country, provence, etc. and other users will be able to search though the listings by country, state, etc.
