We are moving a client database from SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2005 Express. Not only is this a platform migration, but also a physical server migration.
I have moved the database and loaded it into the SQL Express server, but for some reason the web site is having trouble with the connection. I need help establishing the connection so the site will operate properly.
We're getting this error currently...
Microsoft SQL Native Client error '80004005'
TCP Provider: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

I am willing to pay up to $25 for this assistance. So please make your bid and convince me that I should hire you for this small task.
