I have a custom ASP.NET VB.NET 1.1 app
It uses MSSQL as database.
It has considerable user visits 5000+ per day
Sometimes the app starts to consume all the CPU.
The strange thing is that if I stop the website the CPU consumption does not stop until I restart the IIS service. So, I think that there will be a bug in the code.
I will provide the sourcecode along with access via Terminal services to the server if needed.
