An Enquiry logging system

This system is an ASP/Access database system that will allow certain users (who have usernames and passwords on the system) to log requests from the general public for corporate information that we are legally obliged to provide. For full details of how the system will work, please see the attached .zip which contains a pdf file. ## Deliverables I need this up and ruinning by the October 30th. The system itself isn't big but it is a little complex, therefore, this can be done in stages to help the coder understand the system better and for me to explain what I want. The first part of the system I'd like up and running is the user logon function, the admin section that allow the creating of users and the form that takes the users details. (I have already designed these in HTml). Once this is done, we can move on to the other part of the system so hopefully we'll have this up and running easily. Satisfactory completion of the project if a bid is chosen will result in many more projects AND a bonus for this project. Mustr be ready to start asap, be easily and quicly contactable. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IIS 5.0, CAN BE ASP OR ASP.NET. Please create the database in Access. Clean, commented code required.
