asp.net/vb.net adding modification

I have a dating site that is written in [asp.net][1] (Framework 2.0) (With Visual [login to view URL]) using MSSQL 2000 as database and an ajax component (very easy to use and learn) but not complated yet. What is almost done? -General site interface. -Default page. -Search results page. -Profile Details (Need some little adds) -Messaging system and interface (Need some changes) -Very basic advertisement system. What i need? -Full administrator panel -Full user control panel for all member activities like updating profile, adding pictures etc. -A credit card payment system that can be integrated to paypal or some gateaway like paypal. But users will stay on my site during the payment process. They will not know that they are paying to paypal. I have **no** need a designer. All graphical works will be done by me. I and you - your team will work together. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
