We need: build website on some CRM system (Bitrix of free) build VoIP telephony server on Asterisk build call-center server on Vicidial or other free soft with Limesurvey integration build web-interface for operators, call-inspectors, supervisors, sale-managers, adminisatrator, director, customers build mechanism for creating a sample of telephone numbers by various criteria build quota control system for sociological polls build interactive voice response (IVR) system and predictive dialing system build call recoding system with ability to listen the current calls build system for the collection of statistical information about the system and staff

I, with my team, have 5+ years of professional experience in different Asterisk systems. We have recently installed and administered multi-location call center for a local political organisation for one of their State level campaign in which they made through the system 600000+ calls in less then a month, with average of 73 callers simultaneously online, and peak daily call rate on 52000 calls in one day. The project included an opinion polls, get-out-to-vote calls, event notification calls, etc. with full real time statistics.
