Asterisk PBX configuration interface and attendent console.

This is a very large project that should take several weeks to complete. The bid is for a per week price. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW ASTERISK AND PBX CONFIGURATION, PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT. I need to have a very user friendly and completely functional configuration utility created for Asterisk. The finished project should also include an {easy} install for asterisk and the configuration utility. There are several open source tools that could be looked at for examples, but this needs to be a completely new, and wholey functional tool. It is preferred to have it web based and running on the Asterisk server. Configuration should include auto attendant, extension configuration for both POTS and IP extensions, hardware auto configuration and install (optional), PSTN configuration for T1; FXO; VoIP and channel banks, fail over to additional PBX, call routing, voicemail and all the options that go with that, and what ever else I can't think of at the moment. Looking at some of these may give you some ideas. I am looking for a 3-6 week turnaround, and expect quality work. If you don't know for sure that you can do al of this, please do not bid.
