Custom Tracking & warehousing

We are looking for someone who can put together some kind of database system for us to utilze for work. We are looking for something to help us build a system that will allow us to keep track of 1000 plus independant contractors nationwide that are all working on 100 plus files each from 10 of our different vendors. We want to be able to stora, rate, and categorize our vendors and our independant contractors. We will need alerts on the dashboard when different files have hit deadlines with out the proper login & update from our contractors. we also would like to have a mapping software that will allow us to find best routes from one file to another, but also allow each adjuster to know what addresses to schedule for the same days. We want this also to track invoices and costs. Hopefully replacing our accounting software and our CRM software.
