Bandwidth viewer project

Im looking for a developer to create a program that will be able to count the internet bandwidth on the computer. Counting ONLY, not limiting. If Computer has more than one Network card, it must be able to give me ability to select which card to monitor. The monitor must provide following information: 1. Current downloading kb/sec 2. Current uploading kb/sec 3. Total downloaded bytes 4. Total upload bytes Warning, it has to monitor ONLY internet bandwidth not local area network. For example, if computer has the ip address [login to view URL] with subnet mask [login to view URL] means it has to ignore all 194.219.215.x if computer has ip [login to view URL] with subnet mask [login to view URL] - it has to ignore all [login to view URL] to 194.219.215.128. Program must be tested for its stability. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I dont care if the bandwidth monitor is a DLL or Driver or Application. Pick your choice. If its DLL or Driver I need an example on Delphi 7, to read values from DLL or Driver. If its native application, then it has to be Delphi 7.
