Convert an .MLS files

Here is a sample file of the MLS files to be converted to a format compatible with windows such as txt, ASCII, doc or any other format. These files make part of a DOS software that was used for translation between Italian and Arabic languages. The software is called MULTI-LINGUA SCHOLAR The MLS files contain an Italian Arabic dictionary. The challenge is to be able to extract the information inside these files in order to recover the whole dictionary information and then to be transferred to Windows compatible software.
