DES EXPERT NEEDED!

HI, We are looking for a DES EXPERT that can assist in our development of our Video Editing application. Although the development will be on going, we are looking right now for someone that can help us improve our "live preview" from our timeline and also help us create some text effects that overlay a video channel.
