Creation of simple site

I would like to redesign and create a social networking site. The homepage and have the main design carry over into the subpages of the site (i.e. the graphics at the top would be the same) I will need the ability to add banner ads on the homepage and sub pages (2-3 banner ads per page at minimum) I need to have the current functionality on the homepage where it shows the 10 most recent forums and blogs posts. Integration with facebook, linkedin and myspace accounts (if possible) -Integration with the existing phpbb forums section and also to add an "addthis" button to individual forums so that users can share forum posts on other networks/sites -Users can create groups that they can join and participate in -Users have profiles where they can add friends, leave comments, post things, etc. -Users can start and manage individual blogs -Chat feature (which users can join and chat with each other in real time)
