CMS website , for posting technical interview questions.

This will be a CMS site (Should be developed on Ubuntu and preferably Drupal) The site will have two sections one is knowledge section (also called book section) and the other is forum section. Book section: In the book section topics can be searched based on topic or company Topics like: C++, Data-Structure, Java etc. Company like: Microsoft, Google, Amazon etc. Modification in book section by admin only In the book section there should be a Admin api form through the owner of website can enter the question tell its topics , one question can belong to multiple topics, the company name can be unique but there can be multiple recommended company for which this question is useful. There should be a way to move question from forum section to book section by the admin. Some modification in the Company and recommended company and even topic update should be possible. Forum section: The forum section will be like the front page of [login to view URL] and it will expose an API for the user to enter the questions, with topic and company details. There should be an API which will be able to insert the whole interview questions in one go. There should be a good question / recommend it to other button which will be telling how good the new question is. This will help the admin to add this question to the main book database. There should be best answer button which will be shown at the top when the question is opened. Users can modify in the forum section only but there modification should be bot proof so there is a CAPTCHA required. In the forum section the posts can be listed based on topic or company. Preventing it from crawling (you try to crawl CareerCup using wget you will get a junk kind of dump which is useless.) There will be login facility available using OpenID allows you to use an existing account to sign in to my websites. We can have a chat wall which will be used to do discussion.
