CakePHP based website for Real Estate Marketing System

We need help in completing a CakePHP based website for real estate marketing system. Currently, there are two web developers, myself and another contractor. Project would involve working with CakePHP framework, MySQL db, Html, Xml, CSS, and JQuery. You'll need to learn what has already been established, help clean up and continue development in the various sections of the website. Some CSS layout may be required as well, but nothing fancy. The website is user permission based so knowing ACL's in a must! In short, users will sign-up, purchase license, then receive credentials to login. Once logged-in they will have access to various tools based on their property listings (similar to MLS). These various tools need some attention (e.g. turn property listing into PDF flyer) and will need to be explained in further detail. We use BaseCamp for project management and we may also have you use our repository so you should be familiar with Git. The other freelance developer is a highly skilled web developer, but currently working on other aspects of the website. At some point you may need to work with them in collaboration. Aside for phone conversations, we'll be providing plenty of documentation of what we've currently established to help get you up to speed.
