DO NOT BID, REHIRE for bdsiddhi. Site design rework according to spec. Make a design of the site, creating unified look and feel. Basic joomla layout stays the same as now. Maybe need of better window space utilization. Menu area takes too much space. Give attention to moodle view be as close to joomla as possible. User shall not see significant difference in experience with navigation, data entry, messaging, etc., compared to joomla site. Make the table views self-adjusting to size of text. Now I can see overlapping texts, if size is too big. Make all links highlighted. Now during navigation it is difficult to understand where can click, where cannot. Smooth the navigation in the site to get rid of possible confusions of user. Make pop-up windows same look and feel. Now they look inconsistent through the site.
