Coming Soon Site (5-10) Pages

We have a tennis ladder website under development, and are trying to initiate our preseason before the beta is launched. For this to happen, we would like to create a Coming Soon website, with several pages. Among them include: 1) Registration/Login Page (The landing page, where new users register and existing users login to their accounts) 2) Homepage (Based on the template we have already, it would include content pertaining to who we are and what we do, which admins should be able to edit using the frontend). 3) Legal Page (Will include Collapsing/Expanding content areas, with editable content by admins) 4) Rules & Prizes Page (Will include Table of Contents section, with anchors to jump down to other sections, and editable content by admins) 5) Account Page (Account/Profile information is viewed and edited by user here. The user may also enter payment information on this page, e.g. PayPal email address) 6) Standings Page (Ladder Standings, editable by admins, will be shown on this page. There will be no automatic challenging, scheduling on this site. The data will simply be edited by admins, so we really just need the standings to be created by use of tables, divs, etc.) We need a freelancer who can complete this site rather quickly, as we would like to launch early next week. We will also need the database to securely store information such as email addresses, names, and payment information. Additionally, we are creating an e-newsletter, and have a template for it already. The site must include a form for users to enter their email addresses to subscribe. A freelancer with the ability to implement the newsletter to a service such as Mailchimp, and sync it with the site is ideal. The site can be created using Wordpress, Joomla, or any third-party services, should the Freelancer choose, but we must know of them. The pages just have to be editable on the frontend interface for admins, and data must be secure. Please include portfolio and experience when bidding! Thanks and regards, Ben
