Delphi tool

I am looking for an experienced Delphi coder who can provide me with a small tool/utility. The application should parse .txt/.csv files which consists of two columns: URL, Email. For some URLs there are multiple e-mails. There is a small sample file attached. The original files are mugh bigger though, up to 5 MB of size and a few thousands of entries. 1) The Delphi-utility should be able to load a file and remove all double entries (double URLs). Sometimes an URL can be there twice, or even 3-4 times and more. 2) Also the tool should be able to generate a small statistic: Total Records: 1724 Unique Domains: 382 Unique Emails: 783 3) The tool should generate a file which holds only the URLs (without e-mails).
