delphi terminal services and activex

i need functions and interface routines to be able to detect and control from within a delphi application, the microsoft terminal services active X control running on a client workstation. The coder must be familiar with terminal services, must have extensive delphi knowledge, must be familiar with [login to view URL], must be able to test and run terminal services on local computer. Coder must communicate well in english. coder must have experience using and running activeX controls such as MSTSCLib_TLB; Example of features that I would be needing Be able to detect from a workstation connected to a server running terminal servers the following. the screen resolution and color depth. example, client running 800x600 in 256 colors detect when user changes resolution. set desktop properties detect user IP address; be able to disable certain hotkeys see attached . ## Deliverables 0) payment will be made after code is tested and usable within a delphi 5 installation; 0.1) code must be well documented. 0.2) Coder shallnot not require external libraries and or external source codes to be compiled. 0.3) code must be SIMPLE to understand and follow. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
