ASP.NET 2.0 Wizard Form

Requirements I need to capture and load in a sql server 2000 DB tables using a front end that must be an asp.net 2.0 web interface. It is required to use the asp.net 2.0 wizard control to load 4 tables: FamilyTbl, FamilyChildrenTbl,FamilyPetsTbl,FamilyInterestTbl. The 4 tables has the following relations and estructure FamilyTbl one to many with: FamilyChildrenTbl FamilyPetsTbl FamilyInterestTbl FamilyTbl many to one with: ProvincesTbl StatusTbl CountryTbl IdFamilly varchar 8 text but already has numbers! (primary key) Surname Name Varchar 25 Address ProvinceID ContryId Postal Code . . . 40 details fields 10 fields are populated using dropdown lists form other tables (only one column and just a simple query to retreive the data) A transaction should be used while populating the tables and a provisions should be made in case the user decide to abandon the session. Use temporary tables if required as long as the final result is acomplished. The FamilyId desirable consecutive but not absolutelly required A provision should be made in case several users are using the same form uploading data.(beware with mixing Family ids) Hability to update information is required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
