ASP.NET professional needed

I am looking for someone that doesnt currently have any projects, that would like to establish a long term business relationship. The first project will be done in phases. It an inventory control / order and invoice management system. The projeect is about 70% done. The coder that was working on it has been hospitalized and the work must go on. Im looking for someone that will work for a low rate in exchange for ongoing jobs from us. You must be a great communicator, deliver results in a timely manner, and give us daily updates. We will be talking to you on a daily basis thru this site and yahoo messenger to keep track of progress. The first phase of the project will entail some modifications to a data display grid for printed reports, as well as some navigation and system flow changes. The system is developed in 90% asp.net with asp classic header and footers. The site also contains some javascript and ajax modules where needed. The idea coder will be able to start this project immediately, and then based on the communication and end results of the first phase, will then go on to complete other ongoing tasks of this system. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP.NET, ms access 2000 backend database, windows 2000 server
