Blog Creator/Article Post Program

I need a script that I can host on a central site (Windows server) and it will do the following: 1) Allow the admin user to login 2) Allow the admin user to add RSS feed URLs to pull RSS articles from - Can use the token <keyword> to substitute keywords in the RSS feed (to be used to find RSS feeds and pull them into the blog) 3) Allow the admin user to enter unlimited domains with the following site information: - Blog Name - Blog Domain - FTP UserInfo (Can be for a unix or windows server) - Site Keywords - Blog Theme (can choose from a list of themes that have been uploaded to this script's /themes directory) The script must install Wordpress blogs for every keyword on the domain, using the domain convention: [[login to view URL]][1] (no spaces) The script must install and activate all Blog Plugins in its /plugins directory on every new blog Next, the script must remember the site's information and do the following: 1) Accept articles posted by [login to view URL] (I will give you the variables that AM posts to the site) and cache them - Articles are automatically pushed to the site by AM 2) Every hour, pull in the RSS feeds by keyword and cache them with the articles 3) Every hour, find an article for each blog in the system, using its keyword - The article can't have been added to that specific blog yet - Each blog can only receive an article every 4-6 hours (if this can be randomly between 4-6 hours, that would be better - ie, one time it's 4.5 hours, the next it might be 5.25, etc) 4) Every day, purge any articles older than 2 weeks from the database (for both Article Marketer's articles and articles pulled in via RSS) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete, **well commented,** source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This script must run on a windows or unix/linux platform with PHP and mySQL installed. It must be able to install Wordpress blogs (database included) to both windows and unix/linux servers with php and mySQL as well.
