A/B Campaign

I need to do an A/B campaign with two websites that I own. This is a VERY SIMPLE PROJECT! Basically, I would like to test out two different website: 1. [login to view URL] 2. [login to view URL] I would like to have the system function so that if a visitor comes to ANY URL ON MY DOMAIN NAME, they will either be forwarded to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] For every 1 user that comes to one of those sites, another user should go to the other site, so that at the end of the day, if we had 1,000 total visitors to ANY domain on [login to view URL], 500 users will have come to [login to view URL] while 500 users will have come to [login to view URL] The only exception to the automatic forwarding procedure is if a user comes directly to one of those two URLs. If this happens, the user should be allowed to stay on that page. SO, the way the system should be set up is as follows... 1. You need to create a page on the server that will act as the forwarder to 1 of the 2 domains. Let's assume this page is called [login to view URL] 2. You need to play with the DNS settings or whatever it is so that when a NEW user comes to ANY URL or subdomain on the domain name (including [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc.), it will forward the user to [login to view URL] 3. Once a user comes to [login to view URL], it will automatically forward them to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] 4. As such, the user will be forwarded twice in this process. He will first be forwarded to [login to view URL] and he will then be forwarded to either [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] It is VERY important that the act of forward happens IMMEDIATELY! We need the user to be taken to the correct final page INSTANTLY! And it is also VERY important that we have the same exact number of people going to each of the pages. 5. Finally, we need to keep track of user's IP addresses so that if a user ever comes back, they are taken to the page they were previously taken to. This is VERY important. We need to make sure that once a user visits either [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], he ALWAYS goes back to the original page that he was taken to. ADDITIONALLY, you need to create a page on the server that I can visit that will list ALL the IP addresses of the users that have come to EACH of the web pages with a dash next to the IP address followed by the number of times that IP address has visited a page. IMPORTANT NOTES: -The number of times a user came to the website should only be calculated based on the number of number of NEW times he comes back, so that if a user comes to the website and clicks REFRESH, that still only counts as 1 visit. If, however, the user comes back 2 hours later, that will count as 2 visits and on the stats page on the server, it will show "IP ADDRESS - 2" (with IP ADDRESS being changed to show his actual IP address...) -If a repeat user comes back, this should not affect the ratio of 1 person coming to 1 website and the next visitor going to another website. That ration is only for NEW visitors. So if 10 NEW IP addresses come to [login to view URL] and 7 OLD IP Addresses come to [login to view URL] (that were previously forwarded to hotels.bookme.com... of the 10 NEW IP addresses that come to [login to view URL], 5 will be forward to [login to view URL] and 5 will be forwarded to [login to view URL] PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE ATTACHMENT FOR THE REST OF THE DESCRIPTION!
