Convert Excel Spreadsheet to Notepad (.txt) file

Hello, We have a program that reads a .txt file called stock info. However, when we pull the information we want for the .txt file it is in Excel. This causes us to have to manually input each piece of information which is very time consuming. We are looking for a coder who can write a program that will convert an excel spreadsheet (see attached sample spreadsheet) into a .txt file in the same format at the sample attached. Although the spreadsheet will have several colums, what we need converted is the symbol in Column A and the other symbol in Column D. It will also have to add a sybmol as seen on the .txt sample file by taking the symbol in column D and removing the period (.) and adding a .X to the end (see .txt file attached) We will use the software over and over converting spreadsheets to .txt files and saving them to our software. The final format must look exactly like .txt file attached. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
