Create PivotTable Form in Access

Hi... Attached is a database in access... it might look a little messy or out of order, because we've been adding new things tables, forms and reports by little and I'm not expert in Access... but basically what I need is what is explained below. Based on the "Query: Prop Date with Weeks" I need to create a Pivot Table Form to list the varieties ordered by week. YearWeek Variety 200630 200631 200632 200633 Acalypha Gods 15 20 Acalypha hispida 30 25 30 **The quantities are the sum of "Subform_qty" . . . Based on this I want a table to enter Availability from Guatemala and another Table to enter Availability from USA Variety 200630 200631 200632 200633 Acalypha Gods 100 150 200 150 Acalypha hispida 0 200 150 200 . . . A third table (or PivotTable Form) will show the sum of the Avalability from Guatemala and USA. And a fourth table (or PivotTable Form) will show how many the availability not sold, this will be calculated taking the final availability talbe minus the varieties ordered by week Table. Notes: The "Query: Prop Date with Weeks" only calculates weeks, but I want them to show YEAR and WEEK so they are listed in order like shown above.
