Customized Joomla Template

Need a customized joomla template designed. I need a template designed for the site www.itil-intel.com. I am revamping the site. The site is changing its name to [login to view URL] I already have a logo, please see attached. The site has to be user friendly, and have a “community feel?? to it. I would like a look similar to joomlapolis. I would like my new logo incorperated into the site. I will send it to you the .psd nce you win the project. The text has to be black with Arial font or Times new roman. The background had to be white. The template needs to have modules in strategic spots for advertising. When making bid, please include links to sample work so I can see your capability. This has a huge factor on who I award the bid to. Please, I donot want default templates sent to me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
