Database coder needed

I am seeking a skilled coder who has the ability to bring my vision to life for the type of application that I feel will help alot of people. The coder should be skilled in the following areas : 1.) Database programming 2.) "predictive" algorithyms 3.) Be able to take past and present data in order to "predict" what the possibilities are in the future. 4.) Be able to design an attractive GUI If you feel that you can do these 4 things then you are the programmer for my business. Basically, the program will involve predicting human action based on past and present behavior patterns, as well as statistical data from existing information retrieved from surveys,etc. We human's are creatures of habit and over time nothing we do is overly complex. It's not hard to identify our habits, especially for a computer. If you can help me bring this concept to life, please bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000, Windows XP
