Administration Development * Develop an Administrative Panel to update the site at ones convenience; This panel must: * * Provide a page to register for the site. Once a new client registers with [[login to view URL]][1], they mustl receive a confirmation email with a web link to an administration panel, a unique username, and password. * Develop a “back door?? entrance into the site that will allow clients to enter using a unique username and password; * Client will be able to update various aspects of their information on the site 24/7/365; * Administrative Capabilities will include: * * Each Client will be able to: * * Input a paragraph description about the property and 2 pictures. * Input a paragraph description about the property amenities and 2 pictures. * Input the rates for each season (Summer, Spring, Fall and Winter). * Create a way for the new client to input their address and we automatically link a Mapquest map into the site. * SIte owner will be able to go into the admin panel and add/delete/edit clients listed. * Make changes at your convenience, year round, allowing for the site to contain current inventory and rental information; * Client will input any updated information into the page once the administration area is developed that was not delivered at the start date of the project; * Utilize JavaScript, HTML, PhP and MySQL back-end database programming; Conduct visual and error tests for the web site on different internet browsers after coder uploads changes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform "Windows XP", "in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape"
