C# Device Driver Windows Mobile

Create a Device Driver that works with a standard CD Rom Drive that allows the drive to be plugged Into a Windows Mobile 5.0 Device. The device Driver would Burn a CD Rom Audio Disk From Information stored inside of an Audio File Streamed Sent from the Mobile Device. The Mobile Device Could get this information quickly, or slowly, and as the information is obtained and Spoken out -- (text to speech) the audio CD would be burned. Each Track would contain a starting and ending point sent by the text to speech generator. Working with the developers to determine how this file should look and how you want it is important. The device driver would know when the current CD is full and suggest putting in a new CD. THe device driver could also produce DVD Rom Disks in a different format capable of storing more information (to be determined --- help decide) This new format could be anything we want because it would be played directly from the Windows Mobile Device and not from a CD player. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform C# 2.0 .net and Windows Mobile 5.0
