C# Windows mobile (WinCE) client application for PDA/Smartphone, which records audio and invokes remote web service. (757462)

In general I need a client application for windows mobile based devices, which will consume a remote web service using wireless or using the phone's 3G connectivity. The application should illustrate a keyguard application like Nokia has on its phones. Once the application has started, a 'key' icon should appear in the top right corner of the screen (this will be the application's main UI). In this stage the phone is 'locked' and any key press should display a message box indicating that the phone is locked. In order to deactivate the keyguard the user has to say a password which will be sent to the remote server. In order to do so, the user will press on the key '1' in the keypad and while he is holding so, he should say his password. While '1' is pressed the application should record the user's voice using the device's microphone. Once the user has released '1', the application should send the audio (converted to a base64 string) to the remote web service and receive the authenticity result. The application should also have a settings menu which will be associated with the key '2', once '2' is pressed a small screen should appear. I will develop most of this screen later, but what I want from you is a field which will be used to select the connectivity method. As far as I know from Symbian (Nokia), it's possible to send the data and invoke the method using both the 3G network (if available), or a WiFi network (if available). I want to give the user the ability to choose the network by displaying a list of all available WiFi and 3G networks. Once the user has selected, a connection will be made for this network instantly, and every time that the application starts. If the network is not available for some reason, the user will have to open this screen manually and choose a second one. I can provide code examples for the web service calling and base64 conversion if needed. IPlease feel free to ask for any clarifications. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The application should work on all (majority of) mobile phones which are running windows mobile, and on all PDAs which run windows mobile.
