account setup/order form script

I now have an order form that is 3 or 4 pages long. At the end of the order process it connects with [login to view URL] and charges the credit card. If the charge is approved it enters all the account info into my billing database. I want to simplify the order form to 2 pages. I just want to combine some of the pages. I also have another script that has it's own form and when the order is submitted it puts the info in a data base. I can then login to the admin section and see the account that needs to be setup. I click create and it will connect to my server and create the account. I want to tie the two together so that when someone places an order and the charge is approved it will add the info to both scripts. Then when I login to script 2 and create the account it needs to add the IP for the account, username and make the account active in the billing system. So that when I get an order and I decide to setup the account all I need to do is login to the admin section and click a button.I would also like to be able to setup accounts automatically depending on a few things. Such as if the total cost is less then 50.00 and it's AVS yes then setup the account. If not just add it to the queue and if I approve it I'll login and click create. I have 95% of the code it just needs to be put together so that it all works as one. Both scripts are PHP. I'm looking for a good programmer that will not kill me on cost. There will be other projects after this one for the right person. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
