black hat strategy needed PPC adverts

Hello Until recently I spent lot of money on pay per click adverts within a large search engine. Nowadays this search engine is slapping my accounts so that I get prohibitively expensive minimum bids imposed. Actually, often the min bids don't even get applied, the account just stops displaying ads.. With the same keywords, I was spending $10,000 per day until this quality score thing turned up. The search engine doesn't like my landing pages because they are just a list of adverts. I have tried dynamic feeds of wikipedia and yahoo q&a content below the ads but this doesn't work. There a a small number of competitors who have found a loop hole to this.
