clickbank site

I want a simple 'clickbank' type site written. No special design needed but it needs to be written so that I can change the text content when necessary in an HTML editor. Site must be compatible with all common browsers, including Firefox at 800x600 res and I'd prefer it written in Dreamweaver if possible. The content MUST be able to be changed and amended easily. I can send a 'mock up of the pages in Word so that you can see the content and lay out that I want. Site consists of two pages only and if you know 'clickbank' then you'll know that it consists of a 'sales' page with a link to my click bank account, and a 'thank you' download page. Hope that's clear. I'm happy to answer any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
