II. Text Part
Be able to change the text from the admin panel. Throguht the admin panel I should be able to go to specifc pages on the website and change text as well as allignement ans fonds. Everything I see should be what I get.
Text changes are required for the following websites:
1. Welcome Page
2. Start
3. Groups
4. Professors
5. Students
6. Footers
a. Help/FAQ
b. Despre noi
c. Contact
d. Privacy Policy
e. Terms and Conditions
III. Images
Some pages need to have the functions to additionally edit images not only text. On these pages it should be possible to place new images on the website in the correct allginemtn via the admin and delete existing pictures. This is required for:
1. welcome pages (for many pictures on the welcome page)
2. invitation page (for pictures of contact importers)
IV. User content creating and deletion
1. possibility to create profiles for professors and students
2. possibility to delete accounts
3. possibility to make accounts inactive
4. possibility to delete professor evaluation
5. possibility to delete messages
6. delete pictures put by users
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
