Dear all, I need to have the content of a wddx file accessed from an actionscript in a Flash file. This project is really easy coneptually speaking. It is just that I don't know the syntax enough of actionscript to do it. The actionscript must retrieve two parameters that are passed to it. One is the name of a wddx file. The wddx file contains the structure of a tree like cascading menu. (A wddx example file is attached) I would like someone to create the actionscript code to retrieve the content of this wddx text file into an actionscript object and to loop through its content. This should be a recursive loop traversing the tree of menus. These two parameters are used to retrieve the menu content in the wddx file. The wddx file sits in the same directory as the Flash file. The languageCode is a 2 characters long string used to select the menus items of the corresponding language. The solution must use these two parameters and this wddx file. I have already almost implemented the solution. But I still need some help for the actionscript. In the file attached is the wddx file for some example menu content. There is also the [login to view URL] I have thus far created and another actionscript used to access the wddx file. You are asked to produce a working actionscript. Easy!
