Build Flash Icecast Stream Player for Internet Radio Station

We need someone to build an internet radio stream player to connect with our icecast 2 server which streams music and install it on to our WordPress website. We require that it have a visual waveform effect (See attached image) and it display it. We also need the player to have the following features -Artist info -Song tittle -On air -Album art (It needs to recognize a song and pull an image file from our database on our server) -Request icons( It take the listener to either our Facebook page where we receive requests or an email icon that takes us to our email request page) The player will need to continue playing on the site even if the page is refreshed, or they go to another page on the site. We need it to play continuously like services like [login to view URL] and we will also be wanting it to be able to pop-up into a separate window if the visitor wishes.
