Convert PHP Website to Flex or Air or Flash

Currently have a working PHP backend for a website that: This is a service website for doctors. Stores Appointment Data in a MySQL database. 1) User Logins 2) User Fills out Form that populates DB Table Row 3) User can view all the rows that have his ID in ID (see the data they entered) 4) User can click on an ID and edit that row I want this ported to a nice, sleek, FLEX or Flash Application. I need you to add the following: A) User registration and Payment. Payment processing through a certain company (TBD, you can recommend a company). Users are billed monthly B) A Calendar is the new Main View... This Month with the Next two months in Smaller Sized on the Right Side. B1) If the Calendar has something from the Table with that day it should display it, and have it clickable to go to a status page. -The status page, if completed does not have an edit button. If the status is NOT COMPLETE then there is an edit button, allowing changes to that dates value. C) There are buttons for New Appointment, Search Appointments, Account Settings D) Search Page: Can search by Patient Name, Patient Phone, Doctor, Date. Only shows results for this user ID. Preferred programming with Flex, so that I can also distribute as an program not requiring Web Browser Access. If you need a description of any component ask.
