Corporate Website Template for Technology oriented company

I am utilizing Soholaunch (a web based site editing tool, [[login to view URL]][1]) for creating a corporate website for a technology oriented company. The company specializes in web hosting services, remote desktop support, on site services and general Internet services. The goal is to protray a professional image yet maintain a friendly and personable feel. This is a first generation web site and will not require a great deal of design work. The entire site operates off one [login to view URL] template file and will maintain that consistancy throughout the site. Attached to this bid request is the template and associated files to give you an idea of the general layout of the site. The only variables that need to remain in the site are VMENU, TMENU and CONTENT. The other information can be hard coded into the templated and/or supplied in a graphic format. Also attached is the company logo. I would like to integrate the logo into the site along with the font used for the company name. The font file is included as is an Adobe Illustrator file of the logo. The template colors for the site should work well with the logo colors. The bottom of the template should contact general contact information for two office locations. That information will be supplied upon successful bid. I'm leaving quite a bit of design liberties with this template. However I have to emphasise that as the first image of the company, the template while simple must be professional and not appear as a simple template. The project is heavy graphics design and light coding. The template layout is functional but it does need to be stepped up a bit to not appear so generic. Those supplying samples of graphics work you have created in the same price range as the work you are proposing will get greater consideration. ## Deliverables 1) Template files and all graphics necessary to be functional in the SohoLaunch environment. (Samples provided at attachment) 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Template should closely follow the sample template provided in the attached file. Template must run in the SohoLaunch environment as described above. Buyer will work with coder to facilitate testing to ensure compliance.
