company email system setup

We want to setup a professional email system that we can use from any internet connection. We want the look of the front login page to look modern and professional and match our company. We will buy additionally any software required that you suggest and pay you to set it up for us on our server. We currently have 15 staff, so they all need their own email (but we are capable of setting them up, once you have the administration panel going). At most in 1 year this might double (if all goes well!!) We have hosting with [login to view URL] which use linux, but will be ordering hosting on a windows server for a portal in .ASP being written currently, so we could use that for the email (we are yet to chose the company with server). The softwarwe needs to have a facility that allows emails to be opened using microsoft outlook (we will be responsible for outlook setup), most importantly we need an email software setup where we are able to access these emails from any internet connection. We are aware of various email programs (ie. squirrelmail, etc.), but do not have the time to set them up. We require you to: 1. Find a email software program that will allow us to have professional login page that you will create. 2. You setup the software on our server and establish a few email accounts (we can do the rest). 3.
