Blog system and Intergration for website CSS needed also

You can see the front of my site here thesubagency dot com/subb i would like a blogging system made for my website that allows users to write their own blog entries via their control panel and post them to there pages. I woudl also like the recent posts and to display on the front of the website. For an example of what i mean please see gods girls dot com front page... recent blogs section. it posts the user name and time.. the subject and a part of the post...then a view entire entry link and numebr of comments. blog entries should be commentable and show number of comments. Also need a separate style blog for News articles for a news page I currently have a journal system but it isnt exactly what i want. i want it to work pretty much the same as gods girls site. needs a text editor in the the post blog section that is compatible for mac and pc..not just pc.. and all must be done in symantec table less css... cross browser checked on mac and pc a must you can see the front of my current site this is what i wouldlike my front page to look like when done (attached) You will notice i want the loginand welcome message currently on the front page to be removed an dthe welcome message move to the area above the 2 model images on the right. Would be great if thenew sectiosn are includes that youcan add to some of the interior pages because rigth now the interior pages dont have much on them.
