We are looking for a founding partner to develop a social media website for 100000 users, 20000 or more concurrent users. The website would be similar to Facebook but at the smaller scale. We need the end to end solution from hosting to development of the website. There would be 5-6 basic pages like profile page, public page, search etc.. The website should be very responsive built on the very robust technologies. We want to use freewares like mysql db, server, memcache, php, js etc. to name few. It should be scalable enough to handle the multitime load if require. We would also like to have your thought on hosting on the cloud. What we need from you is the estimated time, resources, cost and project plan. Expecting a quick response
