This is the second time I posted this project the first person I awarded it to did not complete any work and has my money stuck in escrow. So I am looking for someone who is reliable and completes all of their projects. Price is my biggest factor since I have the concept already technically you are not designing the website from scratch. Because of this I am limited to how much I can pay. I am looking to have a site designed and uploaded to my host just like the template below. I will be using a different color scheme than the one below and different titles.. However the layout is exactly what I am looking for. I do not care what method is used for the design as long as it is something that can be easily updated by me and is compatible with all browsers. The colors will be changing slightly and my logo. The host I use is Bluehost so whatever language or database you use must be compatible with bluehost. When you place your bid please make sure you view the template first and describe what coding method you would use for designing this website. Here is the website template I want duplicated. Hello - Looks interesting. I have seen the demo template and I think we can create similar thing and we can use CMS like Wordpress to host this. Bluehost is good, and I think we will be able to host it properly as I have used it already. Thank You !!

Do you use a CMS on your website? If yes which one ? Do you use a custom CMS created by some other freelancer ? One more thing, the template in the link is not responsive. I can make it responsive for mobile devices for some extra fee (30% of the project's fee). Best regards.

Hi, For which purpose You will use this website? presentational or something else? if You don't have to change content too often, You don't need database, but if yes, I can use php/mysql, and for design I would use bootstrap, because it 's also responsive, and ofcourse jquery for transitions...
