Hi I've designed a basic portfolio site for my company that I need building. The site has been designed in photoshop and there are 6 unique pages in total. It's a very basic layout and will be quick to create for a front end developer. I haven't got all the content yet so I just want the main pages to be built, providing me with a shell that I can add new pages and content to in my own time. I want the site to be coded using XHTML and CSS, with some jquery for menus and font replacement. I would like it to work across the modern browsers. It doesn't require a CMS and I don't require it to be responsive. The most important thing is that the code is laid out so I can add new work pages when I need to. I can code basic HTML but I don't want to be opening CSS or javascript files. I also have a basic contact form that I want to use, so you will have to supply appropriate code for this.
