CRON and API fixes on wordpress website

We have a wordpress properties website which is connected to API and run CRON job on daily basis. The issues are: 1. on API there is a new option to refresh the property and property will jump to first position, so we need same function on our site to happen with API 2. On API is option Active - Not active to hide the property. we want same function to be happen on our site through API 3. "For Sale" page its sorted properties by price, sale agreed, sold. Properties with price has to be sort by modified date. now they are mixed (so when on API they changed from price to Sale agreed the property on our side must jump at bottom of properties with price and first with properties where is "For Sale") 4. API its not updating Commercial properties so when we changed on API from price to "sale agree" it wont change with CRON or manually. so this is missing. PLEASE JUST EXPERIENCED PHP DEVELOPER!!!
