Clone website - translation services + convert to PHP MVC

I need to make copy of www. [login to view URL] - it should be like that but should not violate any copyrights - we will have own copyrighted images (those big ones), logo, texts etc. I think there is used some css framework so we can use it as it is... We can provide other images for headers if they are copyrighted - your job to find out.... But, I would need to convert it into some PHP MVC system. It does NOT need to be from database (texts, navig...), simple 100% templated system is ok - I think all pages (html) from templates, no database needed. Why I want MVC then? Simply, I want templates, not stack of html files and headers and footers in each of them - I want to prevent copyblocks. I want to change header only in one file! :) Got it? Please specify in your bid what MVC you would use. Prefer ZF, ZF2 You can specify any other ways you would do it. I am not against good ideas. Some additional infos: - our web will be simplier (no contact form, no acordion in FAQ page, not those pages in footer - the web will contains only pages accessible from top menu - and I am sure even less) We need it fast :-/ So fast delivery plays the big role...
